Shipping

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days and can arrive anywhere from 2-7 business days. Larger bulky items can take up to 10 business days to arrive. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email and notification of shipment. This excludes items that are on pre-order or ‘made to order’ status.

Shipping is currently calculated on checkout for a flat fee of $12.95

For purchases over $150 Shipping is free.

A Note on Our Location & Delivery Times
We’re nestled in a beautiful rural part of NSW & all our orders are dispatched via Australia Post from the Gloucester Post Office, where the mail truck collects once daily at 3pm on business days.

While deliveries to more distant locations may take a little longer due to our country setting, we’ve found Australia Post to be consistently reliable. Orders arrive within the estimated 2–7 business days & many of our customers are pleasantly surprised by how quickly their parcels reach them.

Please note Western Australia, South Australia, Northern Territory, Far North Queensland & Tasmania can usually take the longest due to the location from NSW. Sometimes up to 10 days.
