Directions: 1. Wash & dry feet before use. 2. remove socks from pouch & cut along line. 3. place each foot into sock mask, use the tape included to wrap & seal around ankle. 4.leave on for 20 minutes. 5. Remove and discard foot mask. 6. massage remaining cream into feet. Remove excess product with towel.
